The main service provided by the company for it's customers is crew manning for foreign ship owners and their managers with highly qualified and experienced Russian seafarers for various types of the vessels, such as: Bulk carriers, Container carriers, Reefer vessels, Ro-Ro/PCC, Oil/Chemical/LPG/VLCC tanker vessels, Offshore Supply vessels.

Crew manning is our business.

Therefore we make available for selection by foreign ship managers only competent seafarers with consistently good records, certified and duly licensed according to their national regulations and relevant vessels flag state and in conformity with STCW Convention 1978, as amended.

Certification 

We are certified in accordance with the requirements of International Labor Organisation‘s Martime Labor Convention (MLC 2006), concerning the hiring and employment of Russian seafarers on ships flying foreign flags and have a certificate of conformity ISO 9000-2015. In particular, we have a license from the Federal Migration Service of the Russian Federation for the right of employment of seafarers.
