Philippine Visa for a crew member
General information
Russian nationals who are traveling to the Philippines for business and tourism purposes are allowed to enter the Philippines without visas for a stay not exceeding thirty (30) days, provided they hold valid tickets for their return journey to port of origin or next port of destination and their passports valid for a period of at least six (6) months beyond the contemplated period of stay.
Personal appearance at the Consular Section of the Philippine Embassy is required. Exceptions: for applicants from Belarus and Central Asian countries (Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan), in lieu of personal appearance, special power of attorney in favor of an accredited tour operator.
Filing of visa applications and releasing of visas: Monday to Friday (9:00 am - 3:00 pm)
Application Items
- Duly accomplished visa application form
- Original passport valid for at least 6 months prior to intended dates of travel to the Philippines, and photocopy of passport data page
- One recent photo (4.5. cm x 3.5 cm)
- Letter of invitation/guarantee from a Philippine national/company regarding the visit/travel to the Philippines
- Copy of passport of inviting person (in case of personal invitation)
- Copy of confirmed Airline/Hotel/Tour booking in the Philippines.
- For Seamen, copy of main pages of Seaman’s Book / Seafarer’s ID

Payment
- Seaman / Aircrew Members: US$20
- Single Entry valid for 3 months: US$40
- Multiple Entry valid for 6 months: US$80
- Multiple Entry valid for 1 year (prior approval from DFA Manila is required): US$120
- Transit single-entry valid for 3 months: US$40
